This is the first I have ever gone to the trouble to review a merchant, but also my first time to deal with such an awesome one. Robert proved to merit my confidence in every respect: five stars and more! When we listed our beautiful home in a highly desirable neighborhood with him in late July, the price was based on his thorough analysis of the market, and we had every reason to believe it would sell quickly and easily. Not so!
Within a few days eleven other homes appeared on the market to compete with ours! Nevertheless a solid buyer who loved the property soon emerged with a fair offer. Alas, in spite of full disclosure, new issues began to appear one after the other having to do with the foundation, drainage on the lot, the solar panels, previously undiscovered termite damage, etc. It was horrible! But in each instance Robert, who proved to be an ace negotiator (as well as a highly moral and just man of integrity) jumped in to save the day. Repeatedly the deal hung in the balance until rescued by our real estate agent, to the satisfaction of seller and buyer alike. I swear I think a lesser realtor would have dropped the deal and run, but not Robert. Finally it successfully closed escrow Aug. 30.
I think the reader can see why I've bothered to write this, and why my wife and I feel great deal of gratitude to Robert Moody. I heartily recommend him as an extraordinary realtor without any reservation whatsoever.

OMGosh there is way too much to say about how awesome Robert is at his job and being a wonderful person. He sold our house way over asking price and it sold in 1 day!! He was able to negotiate a quick sale and the whole process was incredibly easy and painless!! He is so knowledgeable of the Bay Area and the housing market and trends. I knew of very few that performed at as high a professional level as Robert does and with the range of services his experience in the market can bring to the transaction.
